| PYP Evaluation Visit: On December the 4th some of us Parents where invited to have a chat with the visiting PYP specialist’s delegation, which came to look how things are developing at CIS. It was great to exchange thoughts with these nice and very knowledgeable people. |

December is the month of celebrations. We are entering the holidays with bright spirits. |

| The School is buzzing of preparations for the EYP, PYP, and MYP Christmas performances, Mr. David, Ms. Elizabeth as well as all of the Teachers and Students are in overdrive! |
The PTA would like to request many of our faithful parents as supporters for this event. We would greatly appreciate if parents could donate gifts/prizes for the SOI DAO(Lucky Draw) event on Dec 18th. If you could, please bring them to our PTA office. The value of the gift/prize should not be more than Baht500 per piece. Thank you in advance for those who were able to donate large or small amounts in these challenging times.
We also would like to appeal Parents who are able to invest some time to come to our aid at December the 9th. That is D-Day to setup, arrange and decorate the Concordian Yard for the PTA Christmas fair on Friday 18th. |

Thanks giving Pot Luck Dinner: The Members of the PTA Committee where invited for this event and we where amazed. The evening was arranged by Ms. Millichu with the help of many Teachers and staff to say thank you to the invited institutions allowing CAS to come to their places. There was a beautiful assortment delicious food brought in by everybody and garnished by performances of the guests and CIS community members. The PTA plans to setup a theme day after New Year to motivate our community members to be active in Community And Service, we will keep you posted. Delay Meet & Greet: Due to the sheer amount of activities this month we decided to postpone the “Delay Meet & Greet” until January. As the end of 2008 nears, we look forward to 2009 as a year for change locally, nationally, and internationally. We would like to speak out the wish for our beautiful Country to grow to a Society of Peace, Unity, Acceptance and Prosperity. |
